My Resume
Hi there! I’m a multimedia journalist with nearly a decade of experience telling stories that matter — from breaking news and exclusive interviews to heartfelt features that spark conversations and drive change. If you take a look at my resume, you’ll see I’ve been first on the scene for major events, worked alongside award-winning journalists, and produced stories that gained national attention and thousands of views online.
What sets me apart is my ability to connect with people, dig into the “why” behind a story, and bring it all together under deadline — whether I’m live in the field or building digital content that informs and inspires. I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished so far, and even more excited about what’s ahead. Click the pdf below to read my resume.

Series Project: Rebuilding a Family Home
This is a continuing series on Mr. James Roberts, a resident from the small town of Opelousas, Louisiana. In the early morning hours of April 10, 2024, an EF-1 tornado tore through his neighborhood, destroying the family home he had lived in for decades. Roberts, 80 years old, was inside when the storm hit—he heard it coming, and within seconds, everything changed. I’ve been documenting his journey for over a year, capturing his efforts to rebuild a home that’s been in his family for more than 50 years. This series follows his resilience, the challenges he's faced, and where he stands today in his fight to restore what was lost.
